The Northeast Alabama Community College (NACC) Foundation is proud to announce the annual Holiday Gala will be held on December 12, 2024. This year’s event will honor NACC President Dr. David Campbell, in recognition of his remarkable leadership and contributions to the college and the community.

Always a festive evening, the 2024 Holiday Gala theme is “New York City”! Foundation staff will transform the NACC Gymnasium into a dazzling representation of the city’s iconic energy and charm. Guests will be treated to a lively evening, beginning with a Mocktail & Mingle at 6:00 PM, followed by a formal dinner at 7:00 PM.

The NACC Foundation would like to invite all graduates, students, and friends of the College to show their support by purchasing a seat to the Holiday Gala. “Great things are happening at Northeast,” said NACC Development Director Heather Smith. “From the opening of our new Workforce Development Skills Training Center to the new Women’s Softball Stadium, it’s an exciting time on our campus.”

“The Foundation Board of Directors agreed this year’s Gala would be the perfect opportunity to celebrate NACC President Dr. David Campbell and his leadership,” continued Mrs. Smith. “This year, we have managed to combine two of Dr. Campbell’s favorite things: The Annual Holiday Gala and New York City! It is going to be spectacular.”

Adding to the holiday magic, live entertainment will be provided by the talented NACC Jazz Band. Attendees can also enjoy capturing memories with a the always-enjoyed 360 Photo Booth.

Proceeds from the gala will benefit the NACC Foundation, which supports scholarships and programs that enhance the academic experience and adds to the mission of the College.

For those wishing to participate in this year’s Gala, Patron Tables are available to purchase for $700.00 each. Individual seats may be purchased for $100.00. Again, all funds raised for the Holiday Gala support the mission of the College and benefit scholarships for students.
