NACC has identified five general education outcomes based upon the knowledge, skills, and attitudes expected of students when they complete the general education components of AA, AS, and AAS degree programs. These outcomes are assessed in specific courses within the general education curriculum. The extent to which the college is successful in ensuring student attainment of the general education outcomes is measured on an annual basis in part through the Program Learning Outcomes Review Process.
In addition, each program identifies program learning outcomes based upon the knowledge, skills, and attitudes expected of students when they complete the program. These outcomes are assessd in specific courses within each program.
The Student Attainment of Program Learning Outcomes Summary Report presents the results of the annual review process.
