Fall 2019 Application for Degree

You must submit an application for each degree for which you are appliying. If you are unsure of the degree in which you are applying, you may log in to your NOAH account to retrieve this information. To find this information in your NOAH account, click Student Information Center/Student Information/View My Information.
Once your graduation application is processed, correspondence will be sent to your NACC student email account so be sure to check it often.
Diplomas will be mailed to the address listed on this form following the end of the semester in which the student meets the degree requirements.

Your name will appear on the diploma exactly as you submit it. Please use correct capitalization and punctuation if applicable. Indicate below how you would like your name to appear on your diploma.
Graduation is contingent on completing all graduation requirements.
Students who request to receive a diploma will be charged a $20 fee for each diploma ordered. The fee will be applied to the student's Northeast account as soon as the student's application is processed. Students will receive an email notification when the graduation application is processed. It is the student's responsibility to check their email and pay the fee by the deadline if the student wishes to purchase a diploma. Students may pay with credit card in their NOAH account or mail a check made payable to Northeast Alabama Community College. Please include the NACC student number on the check memo line and mail the check to Northeast Alabama Community College; Attn: Business Office; PO Box 159; Rainsville, AL 35986. Payment is due immediately. If payment is not made, the diploma will not be ordered. If the student wishes to order additional copies of the diploma, the student must pay a $20 fee for each additional diploma and indicate that they want an additional copy.
If you plan to participate in the Spring 2020 graduation ceremony, you must order your cap and gown from the Bookstore at least three months before the Spring 2020 graduation ceremony. Caps and gowns may be purchased in the bookstore beginning February, 2020.
Diploma and cap/gown fees may or may not be covered by financial aid. Please contact the Financial Aid Office for more information.
Students should use the browser print function before submitting the application for degree to print a final copy of the application for their records.
