Fall 2018 Application for Degree
NORTHEAST ALABAMA COMMUNITY COLLEGE
You must submit an application for each degree you are appliying for. If you are unsure of the degree in which you are applying, you may log in to your NOAH account to retrieve this information. To find this information in your NOAH account, click Student Information Center/Student Information/View My Information.
Once you apply, all correspondence will be sent to NACC student email account so be sure to check it often.
The deadline to apply for fall graduation is Friday, October 26. Diplomas are mailed to the address listed on this form approximately 5 weeks following the end of the semester in which the student meets degree requirements.

Your name will appear on the diploma exactly as you submit it. Please use correct capitalization and punctuation if applicable. Indicate below how you would like your name to appear on your diploma.
Graduation is contingent on completing all graduation requirements.
Students who request to receive a diploma ($20 each), the fee will be applied to your Northeast account as soon as your application is processed. You will receive an email notification when your application is processed. It is your responsibility to check your email and pay the fee by the deadline if you wish to purchase a diploma. You may pay with credit card in your NOAH account or mail a check made payable to Northeast Alabama Community College. Please include your student number on the check memo line and mail the check to Northeast Alabama Community College; Attn: Business Office; PO Box 159; Rainsville, AL 35986. Payment is due immediately. If payment is not made, the diploma will not be ordered. If you wish to order additional copies of your diploma, you must pay a $20 fee for each additional diploma and indicate that you want a copy.
If you plan to participate in the Spring 2019 graduation ceremony, you must obtain your cap and gown from the Bookstore at least two weeks before the Spring 2019 graduation ceremony. Caps and gowns may be purchased in the bookstore beginning April 1, 2019.
Diploma and cap/gown fees may or may not be covered by financial aid. Please contact the Financial Aid Office for more information.
Students should use the browser print function before submitting the application for degree to print a final copy of the application for their records.
