All financial aid forms are submitted electronically through the MyNACC student portal (FAQ #10). If students cannot access their portal, please email the financial aid forms to finaid@nacc.edu. When emailing documents, please make sure to list your name and A# for identification purposes, but Do Not list personal identifying information (SSN, etc).
The NACC Financial Aid Office uses electronic form submission via MyNACC. Follow the instructions below to access Financial Aid forms.
"Terms and Conditions" and "Title IV Authorization" does not have an electronic form requiring submission. Please follow the instructions provided to satisfy the requirement(s) . If you have previously authorized or declined the "Title IV Authorization", it will be satisfied throughout your remaining time as a student at NACC. Should you wish to change your previously provided answer, you will need to contact the Business Office at (256) 256-638-4418 ext. 2234 or email at businessoffice@nacc.edu.
