Students are responsible for reading, understanding and following Northeast Alabama Community College campus policies outlined in the General Information Section of the Catalog/Student Handbook.

Full policies of Northeast Alabama Community College are published in the Employee Handbook (employment policies) or the Catalog (academic and student policies) or can be obtained from the Office of the President.

The campus policies include the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, Harassment, Complaint Resolution, Procedures for Reporting Complaints, and the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974.
