WELCOME TO WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT

The Workforce Department is a division of Northeast Alabama Community College.  There are many paths in this department, and we are here to help you find the right path!

This Workforce Development Division manages several pathways, such as:

    A.A.S. Degrees, Certificates, and Short Term Certificates 

   Technical Training is provided in a non-credit format.  Examples include:

  • healthcare programs
  • industrial skills training
  • community workshops
  • testing

    Specialized Business & Industry training and services.

The Workforce Development Department is located in more than one building on campus.  Our new 50,000 sq ft building houses a majority of our programs.
