Office of the Registrar

The Office of the Registrar is the college custodian of campus records, facilitating the processing and transmission of transcripts (Official and student copies), processing grades and grade changes, degree plan petition requests, forgiveness and bankruptcy requests, and more.

Click the image above to be taken to Parchment.  From there, you will be able to place an order for your transcript to be delivered electronically or through the mail.

CURRENT STUDENTS:

  1. Log into MyNACC
  2. Click on Banner SSB
  3. Select Student Tab
  4. Select Student Landing Page
  5. Select Transcript - Order Official Request

CURRENT STUDENTS:

  1. Log into MyNACC
  2. Click on Banner SSB
  3. Select Student Tab
  4. Select Student Landing Page
  5. Select Transcript - Unofficial
  6. Select Undergraduate and Unofficial Web Transcript in the dropdown

FORMER STUDENTS:

  1. Click on MyNACC
  2. Click on Former Student Access under the green icon
  3. Log in using your A# and password as directed.  If you do not know your A#, please call (256) 228-6001 x 2238 or 2266.
  4. Select Student Tab
  5. Select Unofficial Academic Transcript
