Transcript Requests
Northeast Alabama Community College has partnered with Credentials Solutions to accept online official transcript orders. Students and alumni are able to order their official transcripts for a small fee. Transcripts can be sent electronically, mailed in hard copy, or picked up from the NACC Registrar’s Office. More information can be found on the transcript ordering pages below.
Current Students
1. Log in to your OneACCS Account with your current NACC email and password
2. Select Student Tab
3. Select Student Records
4. Select Order Official Transcript
5. Select Begin Order and follow instructions on screen
Former Students
1. Click on NACC’s Transcript Ordering Service
2. Follow instructions on screen
Unofficial Transcript Access
Northeast students and alumni can freely print unofficial transcripts anytime by following the steps below
1. Current Students: Log in to your OneACCS Account with your current NACC email and password
Former Students: Click here and log in with your A# and password
2. Select Student Tab
3. Select Student Records
4. Select Unofficial Academic Transcript
5. Select Undergraduate in the Transcript Level dropdown
6. Click Submit
Transient Letter Requests
A transient student is a student enrolled at NACC who would like to take a class at another college with the purpose of transferring the credit back to NACC. To request a transient letter, email your request to registrar@nacc.edu and include:
1. NACC Student Number
2. College attending
3. Course(s) you would like to take at the college
