NARRATIVE/JUSTIFICATION FOR JUDGMENT OF COMPLIANCE

Northeast Alabama Community College is in compliance with State Board Policy 714.04 and with its program responsibilities under Title IV of the 1998 Higher Education Amendments, as evidenced by the Eligibility and Certification Approval Report. This approval expires on September 30, 2006. A key component of the college’s Student Services program is assisting students in financial need. Northeast offers the following Title IV programs: Federal Pell Grant, Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grant, Federal College Work-Study, and Federal Family Education (Stafford) Loans. Guidelines are published in the college Catalog and on the college Web site.
