Gerrard Ovalstrapping in Fort Payne seeks part-time temporary tele-marketing position. Ideal candidate will posses excellent phone contact and written communication skills. Duties to include cold-calling to potential customers, logging of contacts and reporting. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Internet. This will be an hourly temporary position with no benefits at this time, but could potentially lead to a fulltime position within our organization (including full benefits package), depending on individual results. Position Summary:

Responsible for developing and implementing safety and health programs for the company by ensuring that the company complies with all safety, health and worker’s compensation regulations.

 

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Document and maintain records for all safety inspections, safety meeting minutes, safety training and accident investigations.
  • Maintain professional development by engaging in continuing education and networking with peers in the field.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • College experience a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years in a safety position in an industrial environment.
