Alabama Ballet Returns with Workshops and Performance
Northeast Alabama Community
College, in partnership with the Gorham’s Bluff
Institute, welcomes the return of the world-renowned
Alabama Ballet to campus.
Workshops conducted by the Alabama Ballet company will
be held on Tuesday, August 11, 2009, 4 pm to 5:15 pm for
ages 5 to 11; and 5:30 pm to 6:15 pm for ages 12 and
over. The workshop registration fee is $20 (checks
should be made out to Northeast Alabama Community
College). Ballet workshop students receive one free
ticket to the Sunday performance.
The ballet performance will be on Sunday afternoon,
August 16, at 2:00 pm, in the Tom Bevill Lyceum. The
Sunday performance is $10 per person and is open to the
public.
