Mu Alpha Theta Inducts New Members for
Spring
The Northeast Alabama Community College chapter of Mu Alpha
Theta held its Spring induction on March 4, 2008. Over one
hundred new members were selected to obtain this prestigious
honor. Pictured are the new members who were able to attend the
induction ceremony.
Mu Alpha Theta is an honor society for students who are
mathematics majors or for students who are interested in
mathematics. The organization coordinates a variety of campus
and service projects throughout the year. The purpose of the
club is to promote the study of mathematics.
