Public Invited to Exercise-Related Injuries Presentation (Update: room changed)
 
Mindi Meadows Willingham will present a lecture on "Exercise-Related Injuries" on Thursday, April 24, at 12:00 noon, in Room 132 of the Workforce Development Building on the campus of Northeast Alabama Community College.Mindi Meadows Willingham (Note: the room has been changed from the original announcement.)

Mindi Meadows Willingham is the owner of TheraSport Physical and Aquatic Therapy in Rainsville. She received her BS in Physical Therapy and MS in Sports Medicine from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and will have completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in August of 2008. She will present important information on "Exercise-Related Injuries" including proper stretching, pathology of injuries, and treatment of these injuries.

The general public is invited to attend this free lecture. High school athletes, their parents, and anyone interested in fitness will find it informative.
