Submission Instructions for Aurora
for NACC Students
• All entries must be
written by a student currently enrolled at Northeast Alabama Community
College.
• Contributions must be
typed, double-spaced on 8.5 by 11-inch paper, with one-inch margins and
should not exceed 5,000 words. Do not use onionskin paper or italic
“script” typefaces. All entries must also be submitted electronically as
an attachment, using Microsoft Word or formatted in rich text. These can
be sent to reevesj@nacc.edu.
• Use size 12 Times New
Roman font without italics or other special typefaces.
• Do not identify
yourself in any way on any page of text submitted.
• A waiver form must be signed, dated, and submitted with
each entry.
• The following
information must appear on a cover sheet for each piece submitted:
ü Contributor’s name
ü Contributor’s address and phone number as
well as E-mail address
ü Title and category of work(s) submitted
ü Biographical statement (written in the
third person): 1-3 sentences about contributor; 1-3 sentences pertaining
to the submissions Return submissions to Ms. Reeves, Ms. Tucker, or Mr. Ragsdale no later
than April 15, 2011.
