Adult Education Learning Lab

The Adult Education Learning Lab, located in the Beck Health and Fine Arts Building, is a Pearson VUE Authorized Testing Center for Northeast Alabama Community College and the surrounding areas. The lab was developed to offer the new 2014 computer-based GED® Exam, and has grown to include various certification and licensing testing for many other fields to meet the needs of local students and professionals, as well as businesses and industries.  Certifications through CompTIA, C++, and Adobe, are among the items offered in the Information Technology field.  The National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians exams are part of the growing healthcare fields represented.  Business and education profession exams are also available.

TIPS FOR EASY TESTING

  • Dress comfortably

  • Leave items that you don’t need at home

  • Be prepared to store any personal items
    in storage

  • Turn off cell phones prior to storage

  • Relax and don’t stress

 

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
  • Identification as specified during online registration

  • At least one (1) valid photo ID

  • Please make sure name on ID matches registration EXACTLY!
