Sept 08 • 1 - Labor Day - ALL classes closed
           • 1-5 - Distribute Fall Publicity
           • 3-5 - Workforce Development Conference in Birmingham (some closed)
Nov 08  • 2 - Daylight Savings Time ends - move clocks 1 hr back
           • 11 - Veterans' Day - ALL classes closed
           • 23-25 - ACA Conference in Mobile
           • 26-28 - Thanksgiving Holidays - ALL classes closed
Dec 08  • 22 - First day of closed classes for Christmas Holiday
Jan 08  • 5 - Classes resume after Christmas Holiday
           ● 5-9 - Distribute new publicity
           ● 19 - Martin Luther King Day - ALL classes closed
Feb 08  • 16 -  Presidents' Day - ALL classes closed
Mar 08  • 8 - Daylight Savings Time begins - move clocks 1 hour ahead
           • 16-20 - Spring Break for NACC, SSCC, Marshall Co., Fort Payne City Schools,
                  Albertville City, Arab City, and Scottsboro City
April 08 • 6-9 - Spring Break for Jackson Co. Schools
           • 10 - Good Friday - ALL classes closed
           • 13-17 - Spring Break for DeKalb County Schools
May 08 • 8 - NACC GED Graduation
           • 22 - SSCC GED Graduation
           • 25 - Memorial Day - ALL classes closed
June 08 • 22-July 3 - ALL clases closed for end of year issues
July 08 • 6 - Classes resume after end-of-year break
          • 15-17 - ALAPCAE Adult Education Conference

In case of stormy weather and hazardous road conditions, pay close attention to your local radio and TV stations. Your class will do whatever the local school district (where the class is located) decides to do.  But, most importantly, use your best judgment in deciding whether to travel to class or not. Your safety is of utmost importance to us.

En caso del tiempo tempestuoso y condiciones de camino peligrosas, preste atención a su radio local y a las estaciones de la TV. Su clase hará la que hace el sistema escolar donde su clase está ubicado.  Pero, lo más importante, utilice su mejor juicio en decidir si viajar a la clase o no. Su seguridad es de importancia extrema a nosotros.
