We welcome international
students! We are glad to learn of your interest in our college and
look forward to having you as a student. Here is some
information about us:
|
1. There is no financial aid for international students.
You are responsible for the total cost as follows for a
school year: a. Tuition - approximately $6,000 b. Books - about $1,200 (estimated) c. Living expenses - $12,000 (estimated) Total - $19,200
2. The person who will be financially responsible for
the international student must complete the Affidavit of
Financial Support For Educational and Personal Expenses
or a notarized statement with supporting documents (such
as bank statements) that there are sufficient funds to
pay the student's expenses.
3. You must show PROOF that you have health insurance.
The college will send you forms to apply upon your
request.
4. There is no housing on our campus and housing within
walking distance is very limited. This makes it
difficult for an international student who has no
friends or family in the area. Apartments are available
within commuting (driving) distance.
5. There is no English as a Second
Language Program here. You must score at least 500 on the paper
test, 173 score on the computer-based test, or 61 on the
Internet test of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL),
and have a copy of your score sent to the college, along with an
OFFICIAL copy of your academic transcripts, in ENGLISH. Students
from certain countries do not need a TOEFL score: Australia,
Bahamas, Bermuda, Canada, England, Ireland, Jamaica, New
Zealand, Scotland, Antigua and Barbuda, Barbados, Grenada,
