HAVE TRANSCRIPTS
SENT
Print a Transcript Request form for each of the following
that applies to you: the high school where you graduated, the GED
office where you earned your GED, and every college you have
attended.
Send a completed Transcript Request form to each of
these institutions.
3. CERTIFY ELIGIBILITY FOR IN-STATE TUITION
If you do not
reside at an Alabama address and intend to remain there while at
Northeast, you may be charged out-of-state tuition unless you
certify a substantial connection with the State of Alabama on this
form. (Form is not required if your residence address is in
Alabama.) Send this completed form
with your application:
The Admissions Office will send you information about orientation,
placement testing, and registration for classes.
Conditional enrollment: If an item in this checklist is lacking, the applicant
may be allowed to begin classes
conditionally for one term. When acceptable proof is received,
the student may be granted unconditional (regular) admission.
Conditional enrollment may also apply to transfer students who
are not in good standing at their previous institution. NO APPLICATION FEE
